Senior Vice President, Business Development (Houston)

W. Mac Jensen was appointed Senior Vice President, Business Development in May 2011. Mr. Jensen has 30 years of energy focused experience. Prior to joining EPL, he was President of Jensen Energy Advisors LLC providing acquisition and capital formation advisory services to oil & gas companies, including EPL since June 2010. He spent a significant part of his career executing public offerings and mergers & acquisitions at investment banks including Johnson Rice & Company, RBC Capital Markets (predecessor) and CIBC World Markets. In 2002, he joined Capital C Energy, LLC and, as a principal, initiated and completed the acquisition of Belden & Blake Corporation where he served as Senior Vice President prior to its sale. Mr. Jensen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tulsa.
