Dina M. Bracci joined us in January 2001 as Director of Financial Reporting, a position she held until being appointed Controller in January 2003 and began serving in the capacity of Principal Accounting Officer in May 2005. Immediately prior to joining us, she was a Senior Manager in the Audit and Advisory Services practice with KPMG LLP where she was employed for 10 years serving publicly traded as well as privately held companies in the exploration and production, oil field service and manufacturing industries. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Tulane University.
